My thoughts and prayers go out to Ray's family. I knew Ray from Washington County First Responders and always enjoyed his good spirits. He will truly be missed.

We all miss Ray so much here at the Courthouse. He was always ready to help us or fix something. We miss his short visit in our office when he would "check in" with us each day, which was always accompanied by a smile, sometimes a joke, but most of all the feeling that he really cared. He really took pride in his "job" whether it was working at the Courthouse, doing his carpentry work for others, or taking care of his family. Boy, was he proud of that beautiful grandson, Jaiden! Ray was a true friend, and we will always remember his love and kindness.

Days at the office will not be the same. Ray made a big impression on my life.I will miss our conversations around the office and me calling Ray that something needed to be fixed or was not working correctly at the office. He would always show up and and correct the problem and laugh and/or make some kind of joke about it.We would tell a joke or two or just have a conversation about hunting, motorcycles or fishing and it became a great way to get away for a minute or two and just relax from the daily routine.I will miss that but in my heart I know you will always still be here.

Ray was a wonderful friend to all he met and he will be greatly missed. He always had a wonderful positive outlook and was always willing to go the extra mile. Ray touched many lives and I know that my life is richer, simply for having known him. May he rest in eternal peace with our Heavenly Father.

A better friend could not be found. I will truly miss Ray and all the times and talks we shared. He was a wonderful person, and was very proud of his family. He will truly be missed. The courthouse and county buildings will not be the same without him. May God Bless his family, and may we all be secure in knowing that Ray is home with our Father in Heaven.

Ray was a master at construction. He was a good carpenter. He is now with the Great Carpenter, Jesus Christ. May we find Peace and comfort that Ray is at Home with the Lord. May God Bless You, Ray.
