Mr. Schaer was a really nice gentleman. I will always remember his kind ways when he would accompany Bobbie to the beauty shop. I know he will be missed by his family and friends. I will continue to pray for Bobbie as she recovers. May God give you comfort at this time of grief.

Willie, I’m not there with you today, but my prayers are with you and all the family, and especially for Bobbie, Cynthia and Susan. How I remember all the hunting and fishing we did in Centerville. But most important was the tutoring you did for me in high school. I would have never passed geometry, chemistry or physics without you giving me that foundation.
Mom (Bonnie Kidd) myself and my wife, Ada pass on our deepest sympathy to the family and our hearts and prayers are with you always.

Willie was a wonderful member of the Elks Lodge here in Brenham, and he will be missed by all of us. He was always cheerful, even when bothered by health issues in recent years. He was honored several times by the Elks for his military service in World War II. This is a real loss for our Lodge and community. We are also praying for Bobbie. Our condolences go to his family. Willie was a fine person and a member of a really old family, the Schaers, in Chappell Hill. He was a dedicated member of our Board of Directors for the Chappell Hill Water Supply Corporation and he will be missed.
