I met Wade through my step son, Jake Landry. Those two had a friendship like no other. The kind you search your whole life to find. I'm going to miss him, I loved him like a son & I pray for healing & strength for his family as well as for Jake. Gone but never forgotten.

My deepest condolences to the entire Thornton family, espcially to Jake Landry. I met Travis briefly at Jakes & Chris, Monterry, Mexico wedding. Wade was such an awesome guy. Funny, smart and sweet as they come. I'm so sad that his life came to such a sudden and untimely end. The BHS class of 1997 lost a good one when we lost Wade, but he will live on in our memories...

Any class with Wade or Jake in it was going to be a good one. You just knew you would laugh your way through the semester. I remember Wade & Jake even making the most strict/jaded teachers crack a smile!
