We are saddened by the loss of Lee. He was one of the most friendly individuals we have known. Our prayer is that the Lord will comfort all of his family and give you peace

Lee was truly a good man and a good friend. When our kids opened their accounts at Bank of Brenham he made sure to visit with them personally. Caitlin always called him "my banker" when she saw him and he'd just smile that great big smile of his. Rest high Lee. You will be missed.

Lee was my friend. We met 25 years ago and from day one he was a good friend, staying in touch and always interested in my side of things. What a great guy. My sympathies to his family for their loss of a husband and a father. But…we shall all see Lee again in paradise. He will be waiting on us. God bless him.

My heart is broken for Sue and the kids, as well as for Donna and Carol and all of the rest of the family. Lee was one of the best people I knew! The “Smith sisters” as he referred to us always had a welcome gift bag whenever we stayed at Ant Street Inn for a sister weekend filled with thoughtful, personal goodies for each of us! Lee always reached out to me when he was at Rita’s Tacos in Kerrville and would run into my son there. When Lee worked for a time in West TX, so did my husband, so we would commiserate over that. His random “How are y’all doing today?” Messages always brightened my day. He will surely be missed by so many, because he made everyone around him feel special. Hugs to the family from me and Stuart. God bless you all, and Rest In Peace, Lee.
