Dear Kopecky family, I cannot express enough how much I will miss my weekly (sometimes daily) chats with Jared. I carry fond memories of meeting up with Jared (and Arno) to hang out around town at various events, and for special occasions. He was a super-swell friend who was always there whenever I needed an ear. My condolences, Melissa Tucker.

A lifelong friend since childhood, an outstanding gentleman today, doting father, loved by so many, thank you to Karen and Larry for such an amazing gift, and Jared, God will take care of you. With love and prayers forever, thank you for being such a great friend to me.

To Jared’s friends and close relations, I am so sorry. Jared and I became friends months before we ever met, thanks for a connection from Adam. When we finally did get the chance to link up, it was like we’d known each other for years. That’s just the type of guy Jared was. Always a laugh about hip-hop, automobiles or politics. I miss you already man. Most probably take a staircase on their way up; but I knew you were in the slab — there was just no other way. Rest easy and keep spreading joy, king.

Jared was the best neighbor that I will ever have. We will always talk and laugh about this nonsense that went on in St.Johns. He will always notify me when something look suspicious going on by my house because I work nights and knowing my daughter was there.Im so sorry the family have to go through this transition especially his son. I will forever miss you.

Jared had a heart of gold, a laugh that could fill a room, and a way of making life a little more fun for everyone around him. The world feels a little less bright without him, but I know his kindness, humor, and spirit will live on through the memories we all share. My deepest condolences to his son, Arno, his incredible mother, Karen, and "The Twins." I hope you find comfort in knowing just how much he was loved and how many lives he touched. Sending you all my love and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
