Obituary
Jared John Kopecky, age 43, of Austin, laid down the working tools of life on Friday, January 31, 2025. Jared was born on October 12, 1981, in Brenham, Texas, to Larry and Karen (Bohac) Kopecky. He was baptized at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and confirmed at St. John’s Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill in Brenham, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Kopecky.
Surviving family includes: his son Arno Kopecky, mother Karen Kopecky, and sisters Kristen Kopecky and Kirsten Kopecky.
A memorial service will be held at Brenham Memorial Chapel on Saturday, February 8, at 10:00 A.M., with a eulogy given at 11:00 A.M.
Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Navasota, Texas
