Dear sweet wonderful, funny, loving family! I know you more than you know me. And Shelby (my husband) has heard all about Grandma's cooking and Garrison's graduation etc. But now my thoughts have changed to all of you directly.

My heart is so heavy for Haleigh, Garrison, Marcie and Allen's parents. Just knowing Haleigh and Robert has made us influenced by the love of the Schulze family.

My husband and I have been praying so much for you. And that's what we were called to do. When Robert sent out the alert to 'pray, pray, pray' then Shelby and I prayed all day, every day as I know many people did.

By his/your generous gift to give sight to those who have never seen a coconut pie with meringue like mountain peaks, for kidneys for those who now can lead lives so they can enjoy their children, for a liver that will save a dad, a child, a mom — Allen's legacy lives on.

Marcie, Haleigh, Garrison, and family, Shelby and I will keep you in our prayers and thoughts.
