Dear Ann,
My husband,Ryan, and I are so very sorry for your loss. You and Pat were like a spiritual mom and dad to me. You both gave me such wonderful guidance and unconditional love. I remember the very moment that I was baptized in the Holy Spirit right there in your home and how you and Pat guided me through the prayers and praise and worship. I will never forget all that you both have done for me. I only wish that I could be there to give you a big hug right now, but we are expecting our first child soon and I cannot travel, so know that you are in my prayers and my heart. I know that the earth has lost a great man, but heaven has gained a treasure.
Love Always in Christ,

Dear Ann,
I don't know where even to begin. You and Pat are such an inspiration to me and my family. I will never forget all the times that you both were there for my family. Pat's eagerness to share the Lord with everyone and his knowledge of the Word deepened his loving words and touch that he gave everyone. His smile was a smile that could lift all spirits and his dedication to the lord and his family were never gone with out notice. I will miss him sadly, but rejoice in knowing that he is in the place he so loved and dedicated his life to "Heaven".

Sometimes we never truly understand or appreciate the people God places in our lives. We were truly blessed to have gotten the opportunity to get to know Pat. A true man of God. We will miss you tremendously but have faith, you helped us to see, that God has even this time of sadness in all of our lives in His wonderful plan. We thank you for your encouragement, friendship, and for showing us how to walk out the love of Christ. God bless you, Pat. We pray that your faith and strong example, along with God's tremendous love, will help guide Ann and the rest of your family through their time of grief. We love you.

It has truly been a pleasure to serve God with Pat. What an awesome example of how we are to be Jesus to the world. I remember a time that he told us that he would pull over to help stranded motorists just so he could share his faith with them. He didn't waste a minute in "running his race" Thank God for his life and thank God that his faith lives on in all the people's lives he touched.

Dear Ann,

I can't begin to tell you what a blessing you and Pat have been to me. I'm so very greatful for having known Pat's kindness and love. What a mighty man of God! I remember the first time I visited Grace Community Church and was able to visit with you and Pat for awhile. I felt God's love from both of you. Pat's walk with our Father was an inspiration to all who knew him. His faith and strength touched many lives, including mine.

We will miss him so very much. My heartfelt prayer is that God will put his arms around you and hold you close, comforting you as you walk through this. May He strengthen you during this time.

You're in our prayers.

Dearest O'Malley Family:

We were very sadened to hear of Pat's death. He was an incredibly caring and thoughtful person. He was someone who would always be there to help out, to just to have some friendly conversation with for awhile, or to console, and always with that joyous smile on his face. Yes, even in our time of grief, he was there with that big smile and his words of faith that helped reassure us everything would be okay.

I don't know why we remember some things and forget others. We have all heard it said that we remember what's important to us. Sometime around the late sixties when I was, according to him, just a "city" boy, he taught me how to milk a cow. Never used that knowledge since. Never forgot those few minutes in time either.

His positive character came from his strong faith in God, and we know that his faith lives on in you, and will get you through any difficult times ahead. We take great comfort in knowing this, and we can smile.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Ann, you may not remember me because our association with each other at the Brenham Clinic goes so far back in time. I worked for Dr. Boehm in 1975.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you go through this time of loss. Our prayer is that you will be strengthened by the love of Jesus in the days and months ahead.

I just want you to know what an impact Pat has had in my life. He has always been an inspiration to me and my family. His love for God, his great faith and his integrity have never been compromised and I will always remember him and keep his spirit alive in my heart and carry on loving and reaching out to the people as he did. The legacy he left I will cherish and be glad that I knew him so well, but yet so very sad to see him go. I will miss him so much. Ann, You are an amazing woman, and I love you so much!!!!

Mrs. O'Malley, Kacy and Amy,
Elmer and I were so upset to hear Mr. O'Malley had passed away. I am so sorry and cannot imagine the grief losing him brings. Please know that we love you all and we will be there on Saturday. I will always remember the best horse ride I ever went on was when he took Brandi, Kacy and I out at sunset in Brenham once. That is a great memory. We pray that one day the memories will bring laughter instead of tears.
We love you guys...

Dear Ann & Family,
It has been a privilege for us to have known Pat. And I (Everett) have considered him a dear friend. His faith has been a beacon to me and the warmth of his personality with that great big smile and a firm handshake always made me glad to be in his presence. I loved him like a brother and weep over his passing. My condolences, for he is irreplaceable. He paved the way in faith for so many of us to continue our lives in the hope of his Lord and ours, Jesus! For that we are indebted to this awesome and wonderful man! I pray the Father's love, grace and peace will sustain you in these days.May the Spirit of God's presence be your Comforter. Everett& Karen Jantz

I was so sorry to hear of Little Pat's death.
I remember Little Pat as a youngster but did not know him as an adult but always heard great things about him and his family from relatives.
I wish I could be there with you all on Saturday but distance and commitments here in Arizona prevent it.
My thoughts, prayers and love are with you all.

The bible tells us to be the image of Christ. Pat not only spoke the word of God but showed him in all his actions. At a time in my life I needed to see Christ, not hear the word. And because I saw Christ lived out in Pat, I can stand before God today with confidence knowing that I am a true son of God and that I have a place reserved for me in the kingdom of heaven which has affected not only me but my entire family. Pat will be greatly missed but he left a legacy for us all to remember that will strengthen and encourage us to go even further. I rejoice in the fact that his life had such an impact in this county and will be live out in so many lives. Thank you Pat for all you stood for and the integrity you had and taught so many. With great love to his family.

I was deeply saddened and heart broken to learn of "Little Pat's" passing.
On hearing the terrible news my thoughts turned back to the many summers I spent,as a teenager,in Brenham learning how to be a good person, how to work hard and how to just enjoy life.I remember the great times with Little Pat,Pam and Tommy. Little Pat always had such a great smile and warm eyes. I could tell way back then what a wonderful, warm, loving man he was going to make.
He will always be in my thoughts and prayers as will Ann,the kids and all the O'Malleys. What wonderful kinfolks they have been and still are.
God bless them all.

Ann: Larry and I were deeply saddened to hear of Pat's death. Larry has so many good memories of Pat both on and off the football field. Last night Larry said that Pat was definitely the kindest man that he had ever known. We think that Miles, Mickey and Pat must be forming their own football team in heaven! Hold the good memories close to your heart as you go through this period of loss. Peace and Blessings on you and your family...

Dear Ann, Pam, Mrs O'malley, and all of your family. I was so sad to hear about Pat's illness and death. Of course I don't have to tell any of you what a wonderful person he was. I know he will be greatly missed. We know he is in a better place. He was one of the best and went straight to heaven. I have so many wonderful memories of him, his kind caring manner and warm greetings. All of these words don't seem enough. But just know how much I thought of him and all of you, and Albert did also. Our thoughts, prayers and love and with you during this time. I apologize for not sending a card when my pastor told me about his illness. Time just slips away, but know I was praying for him and all of you and I will continue. Love, Julia and Albert Green and family

Dear Ann,

I was so saddened to see the Banner this evening.
We had returned Pat to our prayer list @ St. John, Prairie HIll and was hoping God's plan matched our wishes, but GOD knows what He is doing and we so often do not!
Dennis & I hope to see you & the family Friday evening or Sat. @ the service, but I just want to send you an e-mail hug to offer our sympathy. GOD loved Pat O'Malley and so did so many of us!! Rest in His blessed assurance that Pat has entered eternal life just a little too soon for us. GOD's plan is not so often apparent to us, but we know He is good and loves Pat dearly as well as you & the girls!!
Lots of Love, :-) Pat Schroeder
