Dear Lee & Karen,

Even though we are neighbors, I regret not getting to know Melanie. I felt honored to be invited to her wedding. I told Melanie at the wedding that I wished I had gotten to know her better & expressed to her how thankful I was she invited me, and that I was finally getting to meet her. I could tell that she was a kind soul, who loved life & liked to have fun! I know she will be dearly missed.

My heart goes out to you! If you ever need anything, we are just a phone call away! I will keep you all in my thoughts & prayers.

We haven't talked in many years,but I remember you in school always laughing and smiling. You was always a happy go lucky person and I will always remember you by that. My thoughts and prayers go to the family and may you find peace within your hearts

Although we hadn't talked in quite awhile, we had so many great memories together. I will never forget all the years in school, hanging out at the shop, me being your walking hair billboard( you kept my hair on point with your experiments), going to Walmart just to buy an "I ain't got no friends birthday cake", all our crazy chats, riding around just for the heck of it, & so much more. You were always so full of life & laughter. You will be greatly missed. Prayers for your family during this time. Never goodbye, but Until we meet again!

Yesterday I cried all day over the loss of my precious friend. But today I couldn't help but smile and laugh when I remembered some of our crazy conversations while I sat in her chair. I will cherish those memories. I love you Mel.

You will deeply missed, I still recall all our classes together, and the two of us going to all the dances together with Betsy Vitek. You are in the hands of the Lord now, and I know that smiling face is looking down on all of us now....
