Matthew Rust

Matthew Rust, 33 of Brenham, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2008 in Trinity Care Center.

Matthew was born September 27, 1974 in Brenham to Randy and Paulette Wittner Rust and was a graduate of Brenham High School. He loved crafts and attended BOAC, helped with local high school sports announcements during games, along with setting up equipment.

His survivors are brothers and sister-in-law Jeffrey and Shawna Rust of Brenham, Chris Rust and T.J. Rust of LaMarque; nephews Dominick Rust, Addison Rust and Aidin Rust; nieces Vanessa Rust and Celeste Rust; grandmother Alice Rust; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation with the family present will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m., Sunday, June 8 in Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services are set for 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 9 in Brenham Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Beckworth officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Lea Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Randy Reets, Michael Costa, Billie Morgan, Keith Lorentz and J. J. Poston.

Memorials may be given to Muscular Dystrophy Association.
