Dear Frederick family:

We are very sorry for your loss. Kathy was a wonderful woman, it was such a pleasure meeting such a beautiful gracious woman, a wonderful person that took her time to come to Guatemala, for our son's wedding. We will be praying for all your family, for God to embrace your hearts in this difficult time. A special hug to Cole and Andrea.

With love

I am praying for the family during this time. I wanted to share a funny story about Kathy. I met Kathy when our girls were in high school. There was a group of girls that played soccer. We would occasionally carpool with the Bridges family when the games were out of town. Kathy would always have her styrofoam cup with her. I thought she had water in it until we stopped to get some drinks. Kathy got water, and that's when I asked her what she had in her styrofoam cup; she smiled and said wine. We all laughed and thought how clever. Kathy was an amazing lady and had quite a witty personality. She will be dearly missed, but I know she is enjoying every minute with Jesus.

May the LORD be so near that you can feel HIS presence, because HE is near to the brokenhearted. May HE give you all strength & courage to carry on and honor Kathy's legacy. To God be the glory. She is a daughter of the KING and now in HIS presence.

Blessings from the Bluff to your family in this great loss.

It was always joy when she opened up her home to our care group. There is a gap that is never going to be filled in my heart. Her love and kindness was overwhelming. I will miss you my sister in Christ. You are now home with our Lord Jesus.
