Jesus Compean

Jesus Mares Compean, 78, passed away on July 26, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Jesus was born on January 5, 1945 to Maria and Antonio Compean.

Jesus was a loving father and grandfather. He loved watching all kinds of sports, barbeques with his family, fishing, he loved listening to all sorts of music, being outside or just sitting outside watching birds, but most of all he loved his grandkids!

Jesus is preceded in death by his parents, his children, Jesse Compean Jr., Jessica Cerda and Virginia Pichardo and son in law George Pichardo and his siblings, Wallace Compean, Alfonso Compean, Connie Flores, Jane Delhoro and Sandy Grimes. He is survived by his children; Samantha Compean, Bo Compean (Maria Compean) , Judy and Julie Compean (Laterick), Sammy Compian (Thelma) and Richard Compian; his siblings, Delia Belmonte (Gus), Dora Gonzalez (Henry), Tony Compean (Jane) and Mary Compean. Also left to cherish Jesus’s memory are 22 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

A visitation for Jesus will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Brenham Memorial Chapel located at 2300 Stringer Street, Brenham, Texas. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 2 pm at Brenham Memorial Chapel.
