Dear Karen, Andy and Family,
Our sympathy to you on the death of Karen's father. We pray God will grant you His comfort.

Was shocked to log on today (Friday) only to learn of "Mr. Chairman's" passing. Our deepest sympathies and prayers to the family. We've so many fond memories of Glenwood and all of you! May light perpetual shine upon him.

Dearest Karen,
I found out today the news of this great loss to you and your family. You were so sensitive to my grieving just a little over three weeks ago when my father passed on to heaven. The love between a father and daughter is a very beautiful and special gift. As we will miss our dads very much, the love and memories go on and on and on. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Jeanette and Family, Barbara and I are sorry to hear of your loss. We have always thought the world of you guys. Glenwood has always been a true friend of ours.Sorry we couldn't attend the Funeral but Barbara had surgery that day.

Please accept my deepest and sincere sympathy. Mr. Glenwood was a very loved man around our little community. I still picture him in his work clothes doing little "fixer upper" chores around our church and parsonage. Mr. Glenwood was always smiling. He will be missed. I have many fond memories to help comfort me. Thinking of each of you. I won't be able to attend the services due to my work schedule. I will say an extra pray for you.

I worked many years with Glenwood both at Ellington and Bergstrom AFB. He was one of the good guys. A fine man and co-worker. He will be missed.

You lived a good and long life our dear friend and Air Force family member. You will be remembered and loved by all who knew the real great person you were. Get the Squadron ready for us as we will all join you eventually. We were always the best thanks to the dedication and pride of you and the Markhams and the Luedeches and the Mitchell's and so many more. The 924th will never die Chief. Thanks to you and those you supported, recruited, and promoted. You will be missed!!!

I served with Glenwood at both Ellington and Bergstrom in the 924th -- I remember him very well as a 'stalwart' and fine example for all who served with him.

Though he will certainly be missed 'Physically' (by those survivors in his family, and all others who knew him); However, I am certain he will be doing 'just fine Spiritually' in his new (after this physical life) continuing eternal surroundings and adventures! I look forward to seeing him there in the future.

Jeanette, Dale, Karen & Linda: Glenwood will be missed by so many in the community he loved so much! To me he was a landlord, employer, mentor, Judge, leader, and Veteran....but most of all he was my friend! I know he is in God's arms now and watching down on his family from above. He will always be in your hearts and mine. He is one of God's angels now and at peace.
