Lucille, we are so saddened to hear of Gilbert's death. I don't think I ever saw him without a smile. We want to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family, and ask that God watch over you at this difficult time. We hold you all in our hearts.

I'm very saddened to hear of the passing of Gilbert. I'll always remember him as a very feisty and outspoken man that told it like it was! I had many a great time at Kelm's store and I'm very glad that myself, my sister Melanie and my daughter Mattie Jane got to see him one last time the weekend of July 4th. He will be greatly missed and my thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved, husband/dad/grandpa. I will always remember coming home from camping trips at Lake Somerville and stopping at Kelm's Store and getting an ice cream and seeing him at the store. He will be sadly missed by many.
