Ellen Ward Crocker - Guestbook

I just learned of both Del's and Ellen's passing. What a loss to those who remain on earth. They were true blessings.

When I was a teen, Ellen was my ideal as to what a Christian ought to be. I idolized her. She has been one of the greatest influences in my Christian walk. I suppose that in Heaven I will find her in deep discussion with Peter and the other apostles and in grand chorus with all the other saints praising the Lord.

I have very fond memories of Ellen growing up at College Church of Christ. Those who knew her were blessed with her kindness, inspiration, and spiritual guidance.
May you find peace and comfort in your family, friends, and faith.
God bless -

Dear Crocker Family,

I have known Miss Ellen my whole life. She was my Sunday School teacher when I was very young and later she was a dear friend. I loved talking with her about Bible things, she was always so excited to share what she had learned. We also talked about her travels with her sister and I was hoping to make a trip with her one day but that didn't happen. She was a strong woman of God and I admired and respected her so much. Now she is seeing and learning wondrous things...I picture her meeting us when it is our turn so she can show us all the amazing things there!

Our family was blessed to meet Ellen back in the 80's when she was helping us located land. We had five very young children that fell in love with her. She was always so kind and patient with them and went above and beyond what was necessary for her to do as a realtor. We lost contact after that but I never forgot her beautiful smile and kind heart. Over the years as I would drive by her home I would think of her and wonder how she was. Now I know. She is in her rightful place with her Heavenly Father. May God bless your family as you go through this time. You are in my prayers. I am a better person for having known Ellen.

How I remember your mom is just like this picture posted on this webpage. She always had a smile on her face and she so loved the Lord. She's more alive now then she has ever been! Lucky lady! May God comfort you with His Holy Spirit.

Crocker Family,
I saw several people post that Ms. Ellen had passed away. She was always an amazing, loving woman that I really looked up to when I was a young and new believer. What a wonderful posterity she leaves behind, wonderful children and fantastic memories. I'd love to behold what she is beholding right now.
Love,
Donna

Ellen will always have a special place in our hearts. She is the epitomy of Proverbs 31. Mark and I are so blessed to have known Ellen and have confidence we will see each other again. When she spoke of Jesus, she would have the biggest smile and her face beamed with joy. That will be a memory we will always remember. All of the Crockers hold special memories and we have been blessed by knowing each of you. Much love, Mark and Gayle Foster
