Clarence treated everyone with kindness and respect and did so much for his church and raised a family to be proud of. May God grant all of you peace and comfort during this sad time.

So nice to have been able to meet this wonderful person from Salem Lutheran Church, I ask God to confort the family as they grieve.

Please accept my sincere condolences. Clarence was well respected in and around the county. I enjoyed visiting him at Alton staff parties.

Mr. Hodde was such a caring, loving soul. He was so supportive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. What a wonderful reunion that must have been when he reached Jesus's feet--Well done, good and faithful servant.
