Cameron Smith

Cameron James Smith, 24, passed away on February 22, 2021. Cameron was born January 14, 1997 in Webster, Texas to James and Missie Smith.

A major force in Cameron’s young life was the swim team. From Kindergarten through sixth grade Cameron swam for the Londonderry Lightning Bolts Swim Team in Spring, Texas. In high school Cameron went on to play football, the saxophone and sang in the choir at Concordia Lutheran High School. Cameron recently graduated from Sam Houston State University. He was a life force that will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Cameron will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 in the Main Auditorium/Cafeteria at Concordia Lutheran High School located at 700 E. Main St., Tomball, Texas 77375. This event requires a mask to attend and the family can provide a mask if you need one. Snacks will be provided in the Commons after the celebration. James and Missie are building their dream home on seven acres outside of Brenham, Texas. They had to cut down a few trees to locate the house. Several people have asked if there is any way to send plants to honor Cameron. We are creating a “Plant a Tree for Cameron” memorial fund—details to follow.
