Sissy & Family,
Butch & I first got to know Sissy & Bryan when we lived as "backdoor neighbors" on Mark T Drive. Our two kids grew up knowing "Mr.Bryan" as their third Grandpa. Sissy would invite us over for hamburgers in their backyard and we'd visit til the late hours when Bruce & Bonnie had to get ready for school the next day. Bryan never minced words...he always said what was on his mind, REGARDLESS of what others felt. And, 99.9% of the time, he was always RIGHT. Too many people this day and age worry too much about "what others will think," not about doing the right thing. If more people were like Bryan Miller, this world would be a lot better off. I thank God we were blessed to have known him and his family.

Sissy, may it comfort you to know that Bryan affected so many lives....some you'll probably never even know about.....it's what one does on this earth to help others that counts.....not the wealth he accumulates. And Bryan did just that...he was a total winner when it came to helping others.

We will ALL miss him so.....

Dear Miller Family:

Your loss is our loss and that of Brenham as a whole. Bryan was a good friend and helped me in many ways when we moved to Brenham in 1982.

We will miss his laugh, his counsel and his presence.

Sissy and family,

I will always remember Bryan in big ways: his big smile, his big laugh, and mostly, his big heart. The world is a better place because of him, and if he affected others like he affected me, then they should all be as honored as I am to have known him. On behalf of Butch, Betsy and Bonnie, our sympathy and prayers are with you all.
