Obituary
Billy Pawlak, 63 of Chappell Hill, passed away Monday, October 11, 2004 in Tomball Regional Hospital.
He was born March 4, 1941 in Chappell Hill, Texas to Henry and Agnes Ognowski Pawlak. He was a Brenham High School graduate, a member of Knights of Columbus and a member of the Texas Army National Guard 36th Airborne Brigade. Billy was employed by Daniel Industries in Houston as a machinist and was also involved in agriculture and farming.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include sons Christopher Pawlak and Joshua Pawlak of Chappell Hill; brothers Florian Pawlak and wife Marilyn of Buckhorn, Texas and Henry Pawlak, Jr. of Chappell Hill along with niece and nephew Tiffany and Jonathan Pawlak.
A Rosary will be led by the Knights of Columbus followed by Deacon Dan Nowak at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 13, 2004 in Brenham Memorial Chapel.
Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 14,2004 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with Father Gene Shepard as celebrant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Harry Pawlak, Max Ognowski, Jr., John Ognowsky, Julian Pawlak, David Hoff and Ronnie Zientek.
