Billie Scoggin Moorman

Rob and Hal, my condolences on the loss of your beautiful mother. She was a woman with a great spirit and radiated love. I remember her at First Baptist as a Sunday School teacher and her wonderful dress shop. You were blessed to have wonderful parents in George and Billie.
