Monica Perez Gaytan

Monica Marie Perez Gaytan, 24 of Spring, Texas, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014. Visitation will be from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m., Monday, January 5, 2014 in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 6 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Brenham.

Monica Marie Perez-Gaytan was born November 8, 1990 in Brenham to Julian and Nancy (Meschwitz) Perez. She was baptized in the Catholic faith. Monica attended Brenham schools and was a graduate of New Caney High School. She worked in marketing for the oil and gas industry and was studying toward a marketing degree.

Monica loved dancing especially to country music. She cherished family and friends and her life revolved around her son.

She was preceded in death by: grandmothers, Maria Nowak, Anna Maria Castaneda; cousins, Rachel Dominguez, Jennifer Edwards.

Surviving loving family includes: parents, Nancy and Daniel Castaneda, Julian Perez; parents-in-law, Russell and Tina Roach; son, Anjel; sisters, Jessica Roach and husband Bubba, Vanessa Perez; brothers, Daniel Castaneda, Jr., Ricky DeJesus,
Ben Martin; niece, Chloe Roach; nephew, Russell Roach; numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins; grandparents, Lorinz and Mary Meschwitz; grandfathers, Johnny Nowak, Octavio Castaneda.

Pallbearers will be: Eric Gurley, Bubba Roach, Johnthan Perez, David Keith Barber, Davey Meschwitz, Davey Meschwitz, Jr.
